Beloved son of the late Ruby Ruth LeBlanc and Ernest William Koehler. Step-son of the late Annie Prewitt Lyles.

Adored grandson of the late Agnes Elizabeth Duet and Clifford Joseph LeBlanc; Auguste Dorothea Wedekind and Ernest George Walter Koehler.

Older half-brother of Karen and Ernest.

Dear cousin of Kathryn, David L., Cindy, David T., Ruth, Jennifer, and the late Kenneth LeBlanc.

Paul and his cousins Kathy and Kenneth grew up together in a tight-knit family, overseen by their grandmother, Agnes Duet, making them honorary siblings.

Godfather of David LeBlanc.

Godson of the late Odette LeBlanc Lampley and Clifford Joseph LeBlanc Jr.

He was a graduate of St. Francis of Assisi School, Redemptorist High School and Louisiana State University (LSUNO) in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was athletic and had been a member of the track team of his high school. Professionally, he was an auditor and accountant. During his teen years through college, he worked in a record store on Magazine Street.

He was a former parishioner of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, New Orleans.

A native of New Orleans, he loved mountains and moved to be near them in 1975. He was a resident of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and formerly resided in Sheridan, Wyoming; Metairie, Louisiana; and New Orleans where he grew up.

He was a lifelong fan of the great Dr. Morgus the Magnificent and his sidekicks Chopsley and Eric. He loved baseball and enjoyed many New Orleans Pelicans games with his father in old Pelican Stadium in New Orleans.

He is greatly missed.

Cremated, ashes given to family. Permanent inurnment at a later date in New Orleans.
