Woman enjoyed roller skating, country music
Harriet Ann Hack, 72, of Bloomsburg went to be with the Lord with her family by her side Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, at the Gate House in Williamsport. She had been a resident of the Highlands Nursing Home for the past three years.
She was born Sept. 2, 1940, in Danville, a daughter of the late J. Allen and Betty Lyons DeWald.
Harriet graduated from Warrior Run High School in 1958. She had worked at Jovelle, Kecks, Milco and Decorator Industries.
She enjoyed walking, roller skating, country music, find-a-word puzzles and fishing.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Danny DeWald.
She is survived by two daughters: Brenda (Nichols) and her husband, James Stigerwalt, and Tammy (Nichols) Deeter, all of Bloomsburg; three grandchildren: Kaileigh and Tyler Stigerwalt and Bryce Deeter; two brothers: James DeWald and his wife, Becky, of Danville; Rodney DeWald and his wife, Susie of Lewisburg; three nieces, one nephew, and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
She will forever be in our hearts.
Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Bunnell Funeral Home, Inc., 179 E. Main St., Millville, with Pastor Allen Acor officiating. Burial will be at White Hall Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 1 p.m. until the time of service. Friends unable to attend may send condolences at bunnellfuneralhome.com.
