Louie was born July 19, 1938 in Madera, California to the late L.B. and Vermell (Baker) Ainsworth. He married Virginia Riley August 29, 1963 in Bryson. He worked for Hexcel and Simplex Company. Louie was a veteran of the United States Army serving in the 101st Airborne Division and a member of the First Baptist Church in Bryson.

Survivors include: wife, Virginia Ainsworth of Bryson; daughters, Delisia Clayton and husband, Joe of Cleburne and Denise Ainsworth of Bryson; son, Dean Ainsworth of Kingwood; sister, Winona Myrick and husband Buddy of Graham; brothers, L. Burett Ainsworth and wife Linda of Bryson and Dan Ainsworth of Iowa Park; grandchildren, Lucky Clayton, Jr, Crystal Clayton, and Mitchell Conner Ainsworth; great grandchildren, Kaleb Conner Clayton, Daxton Clayton, and Dayla Carrion.
