FOREE & FOREE, of Shelbyville. This law firm is composed of Prior J. Foree, born November 16, 1858, and Charles M. Foree, born July 26, 1860 and both sons of Judge Joseph P. Foree. Both were educated at Eminence College, Kentucky, from which the younger graduated in 1877, and the elder could not receive a diploma on account of his youth. Prior J. read law under Judge Weekly, graduated from the Louisville law school in 1879, began practice in 1880, was elected county attorney in 1882, and re-elected in 1886. Charles M. served as deputy county clerk under Davis and Stevens, began practice in the latter part of 1883, was elected city attorney in 1885, and re-elected in 1886. In September, 1886, Prior J. Foree married Miss Sue G. Conn, of Carrollton, Ky.
