As an Army brat, Kelly grew up all over the world. He followed in his father's footsteps and joined the Army in September 2003. While serving in the Army, Kelly was stationed in Germany, Fort Huachuca, and Fort Hood. Kelly was a combat veteran, with deployments to both Afghanistan and Iraq.
Kelly is survived by his wife, Holly; his daughters, Jasmine and Hailey; his son, Austin; his father, Bob; his mother, Pam; his sister, Christina; and his brother, Damien.
