Joanne H. Van Calster, 71, of Green Bay, WI was called to her heavenly home on Monday, December 10, 2012 while with her family in Marion, IL. She was born on September 20, 1941 in Sheboygan to the late Clarence and Virginia ( Reinemann) Bruckschen.

Joanne enjoyed playing piano and organ for church along with handbells, vacationing, and spending time with family and friends. She will be missed terribly but will live on in our hearts forever. She will never be forgotten. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

Joanne is survived by her son, Steven Hirschmann; two daughters, Dawn Barnes and Kathlyn (Kevin) Riem; two brothers, Kenneth(Judy) Bruckschen and Larry(Nancy) Bruckschen; a sister, Sharon Lorfeld; nine grandsons, Justin Hirschmann, Tyler, Alex, Kyle, Jacob and Logan Barnes, Nickalus, Chandler and Conner Riem; and a granddaughter, Isabella Barnes. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother-in-law, Dale Lorfeld.

Visitation will be held at St. Mark Ev. Lutheran Church, 2066 Lawrence Drive, De Pere on Friday, December 21, 2012 with Rev. John M. Parlow, Rev. Christopher Johnson and Rev. Eric Hansen officiating. Interment will be at St. John's (Kassa) Cemetery, Town of Centerville, WI.
