Services for Mrs. Marie C. Frescholz, 102, a former town of McMillan resident, who died at 8 p.m. at Nile Health Center in Minneapolis, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Rembs/Kundinger Chapel.

The Rev. Jon E. Tesch of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, town of McMillan, will officiate. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Bruce B. Behrens, Peter N. Thomas, William J. Hahn, and James Cross.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time at the funeral chapel.

She was born Feb. 13, 1887, in the town of McMillan, to Edward and Bertha (Ziebarth) Hahn. She attended town of McMillan schools.

She was married to William Frescholz, in 1919, at the home her parents in the town of McMillan. He died March 8, 1950.

After her education, she was employed in Minneapolis. After her marriage, she and her husband farmed in the Marshfield area for 31 years. After the death of her husband, she resided in Mankato, Minn., then in the Granton area, and later in Minneapolis with her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Julian. She maintained apartment complexes in Minneapolis. In 1984, she entered the Nile Care Center.

She was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church, Minneapolis, and its Ladies Aid and was active in the Little Brothers in Minneapolis. She was a former member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, town of McMillan.

She is survived by one brother, Reuben Hahn of Marshfield, and one sister, Mrs. Bertha McGovern of Minneapolis.

Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her parents, two twin daughters, nine sisters, and two brothers.
