Born May 27, 1944, in Conemaugh Township, son of James E. and Mary Jane (Skufca) Clark Sr. Survived by parents, and one brother and four sisters – Janice Elaine, wife of Peter Onder, Portage; Lavada Jane, wife of Donald Karalfa, and James Edward Jr., married to the former Helen Gindlesperger, both of Johnstown; and Mary Louise and Judy Ann, both at home; also paternal grandmother, Mrs. Elsie Lavada Clark, Tire Hill. Member of Tire Hill Church of the Brethren. SNPJ lodge 289 of Tire Hill and three bowling leagues at the JC Lanes, Tire Hill. Was specialist forth class in 103rd Armor, Company B., 1st Battalion, National Guard. Family receiving friends after 7 p.m. Monday at George E. Mason Funeral Home, Davidsville. Service at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Tire Hill Church of the Brethren, the Rev. Gerald Deffenbaugh. Interment, Stahl Mennonite Cemetery. Remains will lie in state at the church from 12:30 p.m. Wednesday until time of service.
