Marihelen Manley, 67, of Modesto died Sunday at English Oaks Convalescent Hospital.
Mrs. Manley was a native of Los Angeles. She lived in Modesto 39 years. She was a homemaker. She was a graduate of University of Southern California and a member of Delta Gamma Sorority. She was past president of Doctors Medical Center Auxiliary. She was a member of Oakdale Golf & Country Club. She was a life master of the American Contract Bridge League. She was a Paul Harris Fellow-Rotary International.
She is survived by her husband, William G. Manley of Modesto; children, Bryan Manley of Turlock, Dana McMannus and Diana Foreman, both of Modesto; a brother, Marc Bering of Porterville; and seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Centenary United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park, Hughson. No public visitation. The Colonial Chapel of Franklin & Downs in charge of arrangements.
