Sally E. Burrows, age 47, of Newton, died Saturday afternoon, January 24, 1998, at the family residence.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 28, 1998, at St. Wendel Catholic Church, Cleveland. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. Gilbert Jacobs with burial to follow at st. Wendel Church Cemetery, Cleveland.
She was born April 6, 1950, in Green Bay, daughter of the late Freeman and Helen Gegare Sr. Sally was a graduate of West High School, in Green Bay with the class of 1968. On January 21, 1972, she married Robert T. Burrows, Jr., in Appleton. The couple moved to their current residence in 1972. Sally was co-owner with her husband of B & B Metals, and was a member of St. Wendel Congregation.
Survivors include her loving husband, Bobby, of Newton, her two loving sons, T. J. and Eric, both at home, her loving father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Burrows Sr., rural Newton, her loving brothers, Jim Gegare, Manitowoc, Jerry Gegare and his wife Diane and family, Green Bay; her loving sister, Cora Gegare, Appleton, her loving brother-in-law, Ron Burrows Sr., rural Newton and his sons, Ron Jr. and Brian, and daughter, Brenda, and granddaughter, Ashly, very special friends, Teddy and Barb Kuper, Roma Morella, Terry Burrows, Father Earl Brouchoud, Bob and Milly McGinnis, and all of their loyal employees and fellow business associates, Joe and Gerti Jagodinsky, Judy Schultz and sons, Joanie and Ray Wendt, the Bohne family, Davey and Sally and Staff from Nibby’s, Margie Meyer, Harry Mueller, Dan and Barb Forbes; the Reid family, the Reimer family, Brenda Pike and family; all her neighborhood friends in the township of Meeme; and friends and teachers of T.J. and Eric.
Friends may call at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, where a prayer service will be held at 745 p.m. led by Rev. Gilbert Jacobs. Friends may also call Wednesday morning at St. Wendel Catholic Church, Cleveland, from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 1030 a.m.
