Norman was preceded in death by his father Sidney Smith. Survived by his mother: Mary Emma Smith,one brother: Wallace Smith, and three sisters: Phyllis Shurden, Mary Ellen Langley and Sharon La Comb. Four daughters; Andrea Michelle Smith King, Kathleen Denise Smith, Celesa Lynn Smith all of LaGrange, GA and Angel Lynn Smith of Lanett, two sons; Dustin Travis Smith of Jacksonville, FL and Terry Justin Smith of Lanett, and one grandchild.
He was a member of Emanuel Baptist Temple in Valley.
