Jimmy Ray Allen, 60, a resident of Kraft Avenue, Fayetteville, and a welder and owner/operator of Allen's Blacksmith Shop, died Tuesday (February 18, 1997) at Fayetteville Health Care Center. Mr. Allen was a Tullahoma native and son of the late Orville Allen and of Francis Louise Barnes Allen, who survives. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Gail Franklin Allen of Fayetteville, and a brother, Rex Allen, also of Fayetteville. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Morgan Davis and the Rev. Dwight Smith officiating. Interment was in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
