The 1930 census revealed household members: Leonard L Palmer (51), Julia M Palmer (48), Harold L Palmer (22) and Mary I Bargy (10).

Marriage record revealed Eugene F. Freeman and Mary I. Bargy married on Aug 31 193 in Belleville, New York.

The 1940 census revealed Eugene was a truck driver. They rented their home for $10 a month in Watertown, Jefferson Co, New York. They were both born in New York, Eugene had an 8th grade education and Mary had a ninth grade education. Household members: Eugene Freeman (26), Mary (21), Lorena (2) and George (1).

Mary I. Babineau, 72, New Port Richey, Fla., a summer resident of Dexter, died Sept. 20th in HCA New Port Richey Hospital. She had been ill with cancer for two years.

Funeral services were held in Florida. Burial was in Lacona.

She was born April 3, 1920, in Sandy Creek, and moved to New Port Richey 11 years ago from Cleveland, Ohio. She was a retired licensed practical nurse for Lakewood Hospital, Lakewood, Ohio.

Survivors include her husband, Ernest; a son, four daughters, two stepsons, four stepdaughters, a brother, Frank Bargey, Milwaukee, Wis.; a sister, Emily Bargey, Milwaukee; 23 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Morgan Funeral Home, New Port Richey.}}
