Avid fisherman and, as a young man, was a talented baseball player. A dedicated baseball coach during his sons' boyhoods. Bobby had his own constructon business near Indianapolis, providing his artisan talent to the custom woodwork of many of the high quality homes on Indy's northside.
Bobby was cremated and, at his request, his ashes were spread over the graves of his parents and his infant brother, who are buried at Culloden City Cemetery. He is greatly missed.
