A truly good, industrious and moral man. A devoted family man. Son of Leonard L. Scruggs and Bertice Iowa Hay. Husband of Rebecca Jo Storer Scruggs. Father of Tim Scruggs, Brian Scruggs and Lacey Renee Mackintosh. Grandfather of "Niki", Taylor and Morgan Scruggs and Quinn Napier. Great Grandfather of Phoenix. Avid fisherman and, as a young man, was a talented baseball player. A dedicated baseball coach during his sons' boyhoods. Bobby had his own constructon business near Indianapolis, providing his artisan talent to the custom woodwork of many of the high quality homes on Indy's northside.

Bobby was cremated and, at his request, his ashes were spread over the graves of his parents and his infant brother, who are buried at Culloden City Cemetery. He is greatly missed.
