Surviving are his mother, Helen Bryjak of New Carlisle; an aunt; two uncles and several cousins. Andy was a 1965 graduate of New Carlisle High School. Services will be Thursday in Chicago. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Justice IL. Kaniewski Funeral Home, New Carlisle, is in charge of local arrangements
