Renee Jackson Anthony, age 43, born in Atmore, AL and a resident of Fairhope, AL died Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at her mother's residence in Bay Minette, AL. She was a machine operator at Standard Furniture Manufacturing Company and a Certified Nursing Assistant at Azalea Place Nursing Home.
She is survived by her husband Samuel MacDavid Anthony of Fairhope, AL; her children, Sheena Renee (John) Thompson of Jacksonville, AR and David Lee Toler of Fairhope, AL; her mother, Sarah Hadley Jackson of Bay Minette, AL; two brothers, Dewayne (Jennifer) Jackson of Crossroads and Kenneth (Bobbi) Jackson of Bay Minette, AL; one sister, Michelle (Patrick) Gunter of Daphne, AL; one grandson, Andrew Eugene Thompson and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lee Kinnion Jackson.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Mel Hacker officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Friday, January 4, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.
Although the family will accept flowers they suggest contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 19059 Greeno Road, Suite A, Fairhope, AL 36532.
Pallbearers will be O'Neal Jackson, Michael White, Stevie Jackson, Wayne White, Robin Jackson and James Commanber.
