Horace H. Dow, 56, Route 37, died Friday morning, February 5, 1971 in Massena Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient six days.

Funeral services were held Monday morning at 10 o'clock Monday morning at 10 o'clock in St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Louisville.

Surviving are his wife; one son, Martin Dow, Limestone, ME; four daughters, Miss Eleanor Dow and Mrs. Terry (Fay) Owens, both of Camillus, Mrs. Ronald (Norma) Debien, Norfolk, and Miss Elaine Dow, at home; 10 grandchildren; three brothers, Richard Dow, Massena, Morris Dow, Norfolk and Stephen Dow, Mrs. Clarence (Lucy) Porter, Norfolk, Miss Hazel Dow, Saranac Lake and Miss Justine Dow, Massena.

Mr. Dow was born September 21, 1914 in Dickinson Center, a son of Abram and Ida Burnette Dow. He attended schools there and married Miss Gertrude Castle.

He was a crane operator at Massena Operations, Alcoa.

He became a member of the Alcoa 25-Year Club in 1966.
