Orpha Andrus, daughter of Elihu "Eli" Andrus, Sr. and Sarah Polly Brown. She married Thomas Burrill on 6 Sep 1830 in Southington, Hartford County, Connecticut.

Orpha, second daughter of Ebenezer Andrews, the carpenter, of New Britain, Conn., and his wife, Polly Griswold, born 13th May, 1813, mar-ried 6th September, 1830, Thomas Burrill, son of Ebenezer, and Han- nah Griswold, his wife, born March, 1805, at New Haven. He is a brass founder by trade. His residence is on the east side of South Main Street, in New Britain. She united with the First Church 4th January, 1829, but subsequently with the Methodist Church. They had issue, viz: Mary, married Perry Martin; Julia, married Charles Humason; and Charles, born 10th November, 1838. Thomas Burrill died of apoplexy, at New Britain, Conn., 25th September, 1870, aged 65.
