Mrs Reppart is survived by her husband of 48 years and three daughters, Lisa Blevins of Emporia, Janis Humbert of Hartford, and Linda Kraus of Topeka, a sister Lois Ames of Lawrence. And several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A daughter Vicki Shelton, three sisters, one brother, a grandson Ryan Hair, and three infant grandchildren died earlier.
My mother was the best example of kindness, compassion and love that anyone could ask for. She liked working on crafts, working in the garden, she made the best fried chicken in the world, and would help you with any task that came up. Nothing would stop her from helping her family and friends. She was always helping someone and always in the background never taking any credit for her hard work and kindness. The day she retired from the grade school as secretary. They called her into the gym, where all the school kids, teachers and staff were there singing a special song for her. THE WIND BENEATH MY WINGS.
She is missed by everyone who knew her and loved her.
Not a day goes by that I don't think of her and I always will.
