My Gran was the most wonderful lady in the World. She is my Maternal Gran. She used to call me Demerara sugar because she said i was dark and sweet. I loved her so very very much. Her husband was killed in the second world war. I spent so much time at my Gran's house as a child, she used to make her own hankies out of old rags, she would wrap presents in newspaper, she could cook better than anyone and i just loved her so very very much !! I was 9 when she died and i remember that day so vividly, she had given me 10p pocket money, she was poorly in bed, had already had a heartattack but the doctor gave her an injection and she seemed to get better. Sadly at 4.30 p.m that day she had another heart attack and died, she was at home. I miss her so much and could write forever about how much i love her, she was a proper Gran :) always wore an apron and wore her hair in a bun, fed the birds and let me feed the stray cats. Do you remember Gran when i gave that cat the last of your milk :/
I love you Gran
The photograph you see, my Gran is the one at the front knelt down, with her hair up !! It is my christening, my Dad is holding me at the back :)

Lacey thank you so much for sponsoring this page for me xxxx
