Earl C. Adams, 82, of 101 Duquesne St., Celoron, died at 10:55 a.m. Sunday in Jamestown General Hospital. Adams was born in Irving, Mich., Nov. 7, 1894, the son of Joseph and Sylvia Odell Adams, living in the Jamestown area for the past 53 years.
Surviving are a son, Earl Adams, Jr. of Celoron, with whom he made his home; three daughters, Mrs. Minnie Sylvia McCulla of Montana, Calif., Mrs. Maxine Collins of Celoron, and Mrs. Tansy Wohr of Cleveland, Ohio; 19 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, a brother and a sister. He was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters. Burial will be in Grant Townline Cemetery in Niobe, NY.
