39, Saratoga, Dies
Miss Edith C. Johnson, 39, died at
the home of her parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Carl G. Johnson in the town of
Saratoga at 11:45 a. m. Tuesday fol-
lowing a lingering illness. Funeral
services are to be held at 2 p. m.
Friday at the Baker funeral chapel
with the Rev. Reuben H. Gross of-
ficiating, and interment will be in
the Pioneer cemetery in Saratoga.
Besides her parents, Miss John-
son leaves a brother, Jasper C.
Johnson of this city and one sister,
Miss Alphild Johnson of Saratoga.
She was born in Chicago, Ill., on
September 25, 1903, and came to
Saratoga with her parents when a
year old.
Friends may pay their respects at
the Baker mortuary, where the body
will lie until time for services.
