Father of Actor Patrick Duffy (who played Bobby Ewing on Dallas). He and his wife, "Babe", were murdered in their bar, "The Lounge" in Boulder, Montana on November 18, 1986. The Duffys were shot with a sawed-off shotgun by Kenneth Miller and Sean Wentz.

Their murder brought unwanted national notoriety to our hometown. They were well-loved in the community and their murders were a traumatic blow. But, the media circus at the time made healing and grieving more difficult.

They left behind their son, Patrick Duffy, an actor, and daughter, Joanne Hunt, a police officer. They were equally proud of their children's accomplishments and had the walls of their facility equally dedicated their successes.

Kenneth Miller and Sean Wentz were convicted of their murders. The case has been shown numerous times in the national and international media.

Terrence was born in Huron, Montana the youngest of 11 children. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II.

He married Pauline Marie "Babe" Sterett on February 12, 1944, in Missoula, Montana.
