James Elmer Foster,75,the son of William Monroe and Harriet Ann (Groshong) Foster, passed away at his home in Montgomery City, Mo. on October 9, 1952.
Mr Foster had ten siblings, four of whom survive. He was married to Mary Emma Zumwalt on March 23, 1902, and four children were born to this couple. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on March 23, 1952.
Surviving are his wife and three sons, Charles Everett of St. Louis, William Roy of Maplewood, Mo., and James Ralph of New Florence and one daughter Ella Mildred Schwarze of New Truxton, Mo. Also three daughters-in-law, one son-in-law and five grandchildren.
