Harry Erbie Renfro, 99, died Wednesday (April 3, 2002) at Vermilion Manor Nursing Home.

He was born June 26, 1902, in Glasgow, Ky., the son of J.B. and Mallie Kinslow Renfro.

He was first married to Pearle Bush, who died in 1953. They had 2 children, Willa Mae (Billie) Renfro Rutherford & Harry Edward (Eddie) Renfro

He then married Mabel Knight April 25, 1931, in Danville. She preceded him in 1991. They had 1 daughter, Jaunita Renfro Cord.

Harry had farmed, was a truck driver and a custodian at Fithian Grade School retiring in 1972. He served in the U.S. Army in 1921. He enjoyed fishing and working with wood making things like doll houses. He was a St. Louis Cardinal Baseball Fan which he pass to his daughter Billie.
