Sylvia Dyer Funeral Held
Funeral services were held in the chapel of the Latter Day Saints, in Ridgecrest, for Mrs. Sylvia Dyer, 51, of China Lake Sunday.
Mrs. Dyer died in the Ridgecrest Hospital, Sept. 9, after a four weeks' illness. She was born in Tropic, Utah, Oct. 19, 1903, and had lived at China Lake seven years.
Survivors are her husband, Max V. Dyer; two sons, James W. and William Thomas Dyer, and two daughters, Mrs. Janice Dyer Newey of Provo, Utah, and Maxine Dyer of China Lake.
The funeral services were conducted by Frank Andreason, president of the Ridgecrest Latter Day Saints Church. Interment followed at the Desert Cemetery in Mojave. O'Donnell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
