Lived in Solomon for some time, moved to Colorado a few years ago; died 21 May 1930 at home of daughter in Grand Junction, Colorado; buried next to his wife in Prairie Mound cemetery; survived by his children, 1 daughter, Mrs. Pat Harrigan, 2 sons, William E, and Amos E. (29 May 1930)
