STINEMETZ, Albert Durant, aged 64 years, resident of Mt. Vernon, was murdered at his apartment on the 17th of February, 1967, at 208 S. Gay St., Mount Vernon. The man responsible for beating him to death, Fiore J. Angeletti, 49, was sent to an institution after it was determined he was not mentally stable for a fair hearing. Albert was born on the 3rd of January, 1903, in Monroe township, Knox County, the son of Ellis V. & Leota L. (Robinson) Stinemetz. Albert married a girl, Agnes Kleem Kaessheimer in Cincinnati Ohio. They moved to Winamac Indiana after 1940. He worked as a Baker at Thompson's Bakery and was survived by 2 sons and 3 daughters. TJD2013
