Alice M. Bloom, 95 of Jefferson Ave., Harmar, died Tuesday (April 6, 1999) in UPMC St. Margaret, Pittsburgh. Born Jan. 5, 1904 in Hermanie, she lived in Harmar for 64 years. She was a member of Harmarville United Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Bloom enjoyed sewing, gardening and reading. Survivors include two sons, Harry and Charles Bloom, both of Harmar; and two daughters, Hannah Camp of Harmar and Dorothy Tabor of San Diego. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Bloom Sr., in 1985; and her parents, Hugh and Annie Hickman Maguire. Friends and relatives will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 1 p.m. today in CHESWICK at the CHARLES B. JARVIE FUNERAL HOME INC., 1607 PittsburgI St., where services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday.
