Mary Jane Landers Blankenship (1860-1932)

John Landers served in the War 1812 South Carolina Volunteers under Lieut. Colonel Reuben Nash's Regiment in Captain James Thompson's Company.

He was a Chair Maker as listed on the 1870 Murray County, Georgia Census.

It is believed that John Landers was married more than one time, since he was 56 years old when he married Martha Ann Tally.

It is not known exactly where his is buried, there are no records. He lived in Spring Place, Murray County Georgia in 1870 and Martha Ann lived in the Ridgeway, Gilmer County area in 1880...
