Willa (Billie to family and friends) was the eldest of 2 children of Harry Erbie Renfro (b.June 26,1902 d.April 3,2002) and Pearle Bush (b.July 11,1906 d.Aug. 1,1953). She has a brother Harry Edward Renfro (b.Oct. 16,1927 d.April 25,1932). Willa married Lloyd Rutherford on Sept.12,1944 until his death April 26,1966. Willa and Lloyd have 11 children Richard LeRoy, James Erbie, William Joseph, Lois Ann, Jerrlod Lynn, Harriett Marie, Lloyd Jr., Anita Faye, Alan Ray, Michael Lee and Laura Leigh. Billie married Louis Rutherford (b.April 12,1928 d.Nov. 12,1985 he was the Younger Brother of Lloyd) in the 70's. There was no children in this marriage. She is the stepmother to Trudy Ann, Louis Jr. and Thomas A. Rutherford. Billie was born in Fithian,IL but she also lived in Leadville,CO and a short while in KY. Billie was a big Saint Louis Cardinals baseball fan. She enjoyed crocheting, reading and fishing. Billie has many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She has 3 half sisters Juanita Cord, Barbara Jean Clark and Pauline Pearle Clark. Billie's sons Jerrold (b. Sept.5,1953 d. Aug.30,1992), Alan Ray (b. May 19,1961 d. May 20,1961),grandson Thomas Joseph Mohr Jr. (b. Oct.6,1977 d. Oct. 30,1978) and great grandson Robby Joe Mohr Jr. (b. April 20,1998 d. April 21,1998) are buried in the same cemetery close to their uncles. Her son Richard (b.July 23,1945 d. Oct.19,1992) is buried in Camp Butler National Cemetery a Military Cemetery. Her grandson Billy Joe Rutherford (b. June 16,1971 d.June 18,1971) is buried in Athens,IL cemetery unknown.
She died of cancer at the age of 67. She was cremated and her ashes are buried with her 1st husband Lloyd.
