PARIS, Ky., April 6 - The burial of Isaac C Clay, 82 years old, who died at the home of his daughter, Mrs Wiliam Waterfill of Lawrenceburg, will take place in the Paris cemetery at 11:30 a m Friday. He was the son of Joseph and Amanda F Clay and is the last of a large family of children. He was a brother-in-law of Mrs L D Clay and a first cousin of Thomas Henry and Thomas Helm Clay of Paris. He was also the uncle of John M Clay, Mrs Birdie Clay Webb and Miss Susie Clay of Bourbon county, and Henry S Clay of Spencer county.
