Alice J. Brausa, age 63, of Centerville, died Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at Reid Hospital. Born September 25, 1948, in Blackey, Kentucky, to Lee and Opal Potter Seiber, she lived in this area more than 50 years. Alice worked at various factories in the Wayne County area. She loved working at the Centerville-Abington Senior Center where she was activities director for several years. Alice was an active lifetime member of Lynn Church of Christ. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, sewing, reading, and spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband of 20 years, Jon Alan Brausa of Centerville; children, Mary Alice (David) Pennington of Connersville, Kenny Honeycutt (Paula Warfield) of Centerville, Steve (Jennifer) Honeycutt of Noblesville, and Eric (Kianna) Honeycutt of Richmond; son-in-law, Greg Terrell of Richmond; grandchildren, Codey Bunger and Madison Bunger, both of Connersville, Leah Honeycutt and Dylan Honeycutt, both of Lynn, Shelby Terrell of Richmond, Ella Honeycutt and Liam Honeycutt, both of Noblesville, and Karissa Tudor and Zach Honeycutt, both of Richmond; siblings, Doug Seiber of New Paris, Ohio, Ollie Glass of Saratoga, Indiana, Mary Phillips of Winchester, Kenneth Seiber of Randolph County, Royce Seiber of Mooresville, Indiana, and Randall Adams of Winchester; many nieces and nephews; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Lee Seiber; her mother, Opal Potter Dill; her daughter, Sandra Terrell; grandson, Austin Terrell; brothers, Gene and Gary Seiber; and sister, Norma Adams. Visitation for Alice J. Brausa will be from 4 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, June 1, 2012, at Mills Funeral Home, 405 East Main Street, Centerville. Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 2, 2012, at Mills Funeral Home with Minister Paul Levasseur officiating. Burial will be in Fountain Park Cemetery in Winchester, Indiana.
