Mrs. Ina Naomi Sugg , 605 N.E. 33rd St. Grand Prairie died at her home Friday Aug. 17th after a lengthy illness.
She was a native of Lamar County. Services will be held at 10 am Monday Aug.20 at the Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Grand Prairie, with the Rev. Norman Butler officiating. Burial will be in Southland Memorial Park in Grand Prairie.
Mrs. Sugg was born Dec. 17, 1926 in Rockford Community of Lamar County. A daughter of Harvey Lawrence Stephens and Beulah Gibson Stephens .She was married to Vernon R.W Sugg on Aug.28, 1940 She was a partner with her husband of Sugg Plumbing Co. In Grand
Prairie for 30 years. She was a member of Calvary Full Gospel Tabernacle Assembly of God Church. Surviving are her husband : two sons, Wesley Sugg of Hurst, and Eulis Ray Sugg of Frisco . Four daughters : Verlene Cooper, Barbara Kidd and Gertrude Nicholson, all of Grand Prairie and Katherine Day of Hallsville ; Her mother, Beulah Dowell of Grand Prairie ;Her grandmother , Mrs.Artie Gibson of Grand Prairie; nine Grandchildren ; four Great-Grandchilden. One brother, John Harvey Stephens of Grand Prairie ; four sisters, Helen Moore, Maerene Moore, and Ann Cannon,all
of Grand Prairie, and Polly Palmer of Dallas.
