She was born Sept. 20, 1932, in Limestone County to Jim Chambers and Pearl Britton Chambers. She was a lifelong resident of Limestone County. She is survived by two sons, Fletcher Miller of Athens and Phillip Miller of Florence; two daughters, Marie Miller of Culleoka, Tenn., and Brenda Miller Ivey of Athens; two sisters, Mary Clemons and Ruby Tribble, both of Athens; one brother, Orville Chambers of Athens; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
