Juarex Mexico Tindall is a member of family, he was born to Alexander Clay and Arabella (Weakley) Tindall, He married Cora Eva Hathaway and had a daughter Beryl Ina Tindall....

According to several newspapers he ran for City Council positions, and his name appeared in several social activities of the time, something happened to change it all, because when you try to find records of him or Cora or even Beryl all information is lost ... they had just vanished

The search was long for Juarez many things popped up telling us what trail to follow but, the biggest break came when a loose record at the Cherokee County Courthouse just fell out of the book at my feet, when it was picked up, well yeah I looked at it, I don't think I could ever explain what I was feeling when what I was looking at was a divorce record for Juarez and Cora Tindall the divorce was granted in 1907

Now many Genealogy sites have Juarez listed as dying around 1908, no that is just when he left the world he knew behind, none of his family according to everything that we have found knew where he went or that he was no longer going by Juarez, now if that was on purpose or not no one is sure, many records list Juarez as JM, people could have thought his name was James or Jim, easy to make that guess

Juarez was found listed as James buried in a unmarked pauper's grave, parents listed as unknown with no family in the area, his date of birth was listed as January 22, 1876 and being born in Kansas well can't get much closer, then in a search of draft cards he was found again, listed as James however this time he listed his sister as next of kin, well the sister he listed was also the name of Juarez's sister, then an obituary was found for Juarez

He had been working on a ranch by the name of Kuhlmann, no record of this ranch has been found, a machine that he had invented somehow broke and crushed Juarez, according to the death notice he did not suffer, Now I knew when he was found it would be his burial or death record but it is still sad never the less.

His wife Cora, Daughter Beryl, Granddaughter Rachel and Great Grandson have now been found

Rest easy Juarez, you have been reconnected with your family
