Mrs. Bolen, 28, of Meridian, died Saturday, September 25, 2010, at Riley Hospital. She attended Hebron Baptist Church and Causeyville Baptist Church. She was a house wife and a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Steve Bolen, of Meridian; her children, Dylan Bolen, Dalton Bolen and Dustin Bolen, all of Meridian; her parents, Sharon Boes and Barry Boes, of Lauderdale; her three brothers, Barry Boes Jr. and his wife, Shelia, of Austin, Texas, Dr. Bret Boes and his wife, Dawn, of Meridian and Ben Boes of Meridian; and a number of nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorials be made to Causeyville Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Leftwich, John Booker, David Pritchett and Russell Phillips.
