STOVALL, GAYNELL KENDRICK, age 96, of Lipscomb passed away Friday, November 28, 2003. She was born on March 12, 1907 in Montevallo. Her infant daughter, Donna Gay, her husband, James Orman Stovall, her parents Joseph and Birdie Kendrick and her two brothers: Gerald and Anthony Kendrick preceded her in death. Mrs. Stovall was a member of Brookhaven United Methodist Church, active in the U.M.W., Book Study Club and for a period of time studied art. She was employed with Loveman's in the Photo Reflex department. Survivors include her sisters: Annie Ree Allred, Mildred Holliman, Gloria (Searcy) Bunn and Joanna Harvey; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Her funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Monday, December 1, 2003 at Ridout's Elmwood Chapel with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Rev. David Mahaffey is officiating. Relatives and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Ridout's Elmwood Chapel, 205-251-7227, is directing
