Son of Johann "John" & Margaret (Altman) Koch. Brother of Josephene Teresa (Seeger), Henry M., John Adam, George Jacob, Marie Loretta, Albert Harold, William Theodore & Anna Elizabeth.

During 1917-1919, Frank served in World War I in England, & in France & Belgium he served on the front lines of battle; Frank smoked Viceroy cigarettes.

Husband of Dorothy Beatrice (Rhoades). Frank & Dorothy were married on September 20, 1930, in the Friends Church in Alva, OK. Father of John Calvin. For 42 years Frank owned the Champion Gas Station in Rosston, OK where he drove the gas truck & delivered gas & oil-related products to the area farmers; he always gave chewing gum & candy to children.

Frank loved to hunt quail & was known for his habit of taking 11 shotgun shells on his quail hunt in order for him to get his limit of 10 birds. Frank served on the Draft Board during World War II; he was a Freemason & a member of the Rosston United Methodist Church.

Frank was a good man.
