Wife of Curtis Albert Taylor. Curtis and Luella were married on July 28, 1884 in Clinton County, Ohio. Luella was the daughter of James Hardesty and Cyrena (Griffith/Griffin) Hardesty. She was the sister of Robert Hardesty (also in this cemetery), Eliza Ann (Hardesty) Moore and Albert Hardesty. Luella was the mother of six children with Curtis: Charles, Ada, Curtis, Dorothy Mae, Pansy and Donna Taylor.
(Note: Luella was pregnant with her youngest child, Donna, when her spouse died. I have read in family histories that he died about age 40 from a lung disease. Given the year of Donna's birth, I believe that Curtis may have died between late 1899 and June of 1900 when the census was taken, but as of yet, I do not have anything to verify that date.)
