John W. Wagnon, aged 84 years, one of Fayetteville's old citizens, died at his home on Whitham and York Streets yesterday morning about 9:30 o'clock. Old age and an attack of Bright's disease caused the demise.
Surviving are two sons, W.M. Wagnon of Baldwin and Ned Wagnon of Fayetteville; and one daughter, R.E. Ferguson of near Farmington. Fumeral will be held Wednesday in Strong cemetery, near Harris. [Note: cemetery was incorrectly listed as Strong (there is now Strong cemetery near Harris) and should have indicated as Strain.]
