The attending doctor was somewhat careless with recording paperwork, as two of Melvin Ray Fulmer's sisters who were delivered by this doctor did not have birth certificates recorded for them, and the other sisters' birth certificates had "Baby Girl Fulmer" for the name, instead of their actual names.
