Mr. Carl Ray Brown age 78 of Harrogate, TN was born December 14, 1934 of Harrogate, TN and passed away January 31, 2013 at Tri-State Health Care. He was a member of Riverview Missionary Baptist Church. He retired from U.S. Air Force and from Green Construction Company of Middlesboro, Ky. He was preceded in death by his Mother and Father Oma Lee and Lillian (Miller) Brown, 2 infanat brothers and 2 brothers-in-law.
