Lois Doize Adams on Tuesday, January 29, 2013. Age 83 years. Survived by her husband Lawrence "Jim" Adams and special daughter Deborah M. Kampmann and numerous nieces and nephews. Daughter of the late Sidney P. and Ester Danielson Doize. Sister of the late Elaine Doize G'sell, Anita Doize Martin, Marian Doize Wilkinson. Lois and Jim were married March 30, 1963 and ventured on a wonderful journey which included traveling, gem mining and dining out. Lois was fiercely independent, very compassionate, a beautiful person and a friend to all who knew her. She was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on Friday, February 1, 2013 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM.

Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
