Youngest son of the late Mrs. Anna B. Alderson, was born in Darlington, March 15, 1889, and died of typhoid at Kansas City on July 28, 1916, aged 27 years, 4 months and 13 days. Before being taken ill he was employed in the Santa Fe railway yards. Of his immediate family he leaves one brother, Byron W. Alderson of Los Angeles, California.
The remains were brought to Darlington by his brother, reaching here Wednesday afternoon. The funeral was held at the ome of J.G. Monahan and interment was beside his mother in Union Grove cemetery.
