Enlisted August 15, 1863 mustered in September 15, 1863 as Private with Co. K. 35th New Jersey Infantry died at Atlanta Georgia of wounds he received at battle in Atlanta GA. August 4, 1864.

SOURCE; CW-SSS∼Died after being wounded in the battle at Ezra church in Atlanta GA. Union soldier infantry.
