Edward S. Carr passed away January 13, 1912, after a short illness of ten days at his home in Lycoming. Mr. Carr was the son of Keller and Sarah Carr, born June 13, 1845. He married Catherine Sweet, April 12, 1868 To this union were born two daughters, Hattie (Mrs. E. A. Coulson) and Lilly (Mrs John Geddings), who reside here. The deceased was well known as a grower of fine strawberries, was a most kind and indulgent father and loving husband. As Mrs. Carr was very ill at the time of bis death a quiet funeral service was read by tbe pastor of the M.E, church at the home and be was taken to rest at the New Haven cemetery.∼Father: Caleb Carr b: 15 APR 1809 in Norway, NY (Herkimer Co)
