Winnie R. Spradlin, 94; of Jeffersonville

Funeral services for Winnie R. Spradlin, 94, of Jeffersonville, will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 4, at Legacy Funeral Center, Jeffersonville, with burial in Graceland Cemetery in New Albany. She died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, at Clark Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Metcalfe County, Ky., retired from General Electric after 28 years of service and was a member of First Baptist Church in Jeffersonville.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Joyce Ann Sego, of Jeffersonville; three grandchildren, Dr. Jay Marr, of Jeffersonville, Jill Brown, of Jeffersonville, and Anita Tatum and her husband Tim, of Louisville; four great-grandchildren, Marissa Peper, Ben Brown, Sarah Brown and Thomas Peake; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Spradlin; her parents, Elmore and Lena Romines; three brothers and three sisters.

Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday and after 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
