Hannah Haynes was born Feb. 10, 1786 in Rowan Co, NC. She married David Russell Nov. 23, 1809 in Caney Springs,located in Bedford County, Tennessee at that time. This area later became Marshall Co, Tennessee. They lived in Giles Co., Tennessee until they moved to Hickman Co, Tennessee by 1820. Hannah died Oct 5, 1823 in the area near Beaver Dam Creek in Hickman Co, Tennessee. It is not know for sure where she was buried. Hannah and David had six known children.
