For over thirty years she worked in administration for Western Baptist Hospital as a bookkeeper and data processing department head. She was a longtime member of Twelve Oaks Baptist Church where she served in the nursery for over fifty years. She was commissioned a Kentucky Colonel by Governor Paul Patton and named a Dutchess Of Paducah. One of her greatest joys in life as well as an important area of service, was loving and caring for babies and small children.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Paul Marvin Adams and her parents, Thomas Marvin Adams and Lubie Vernice Morrow Adams.
Funeral service held at The Milner & Orr Funeral Home Of Paducah.
Buried at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
